Lot 46 has many extraordinary features. The front of the property is an open field with occasional trees. Several hundred feet from the front boundary, just inside the forest tree line, is a small bluff with scattered boulders.

The land is level from the front of the property, adjacent to Deer Point Drive, to the bluff area. The bluff ranges from 10 to 20 feet in height. The bluff is within the forest and has lots of evergreen mountain laurel. Below the bluff is a plateau of woods filled with big oak trees.

From the back of the house, I would build a landscaped trail leading to a picnic pavilion on the bluff. The pavilion would have a deck extending from the top of the bluff into the woods, mountain stone barbeque pit, and a place for camp fires.

There are multiple places one this property that are suitable for a garden and other plants such as blueberries or fruit trees.

There are also enough trees for shade west of the home site. Notice the nice poplar tree in the photo on the right.

The natural features of this property make it an exceptional tract. With so many unique qualities, this property will not be on the market very long.
