The distinct features of Lot 52 are not evident from the private road. One only notices a few acres of open field, and a grassy knoll over which lies the edge of a hardwood forest. On top of this knoll, which is the highest point of the property, is the home site.

The extraordinary domain of Lot 52 first becomes noticeable as one approaches the home site. From here it is easy to imagine the location of the house, and the location of a large private back deck.

Although the front of the house will be in the open, the back of the house and the back deck will protrude slightly into the forest. A marvelous place for a second deck can be seen in the photo on the right.

This bluff is approximately 30 feet high and overlooks many big hardwood trees and a loud mountain stream. The people in the photo on the left are standing near the same location as the people in the photo above.

The future owners of this property will likely spend most of their time on their back deck enjoying the beauty of the woods and the rushing waters of Johnson Mill Creek.
