Lot # 54 definitely the largest lot in Greenfields, and is probably the most magnificent. It begins at the end of Deer Point Trail and is surrounded by creeks on the north and south sides.

An incredible home site is located on a knoll overlooking a field at the highest portion of this property. From the home site, one can see for miles across mountain tops, ridges, and valleys. A gentle slope leads to the field which is surrounded by big trees and a stone bluff approximately 20 feet high. The transition from field to forest occurs at the bluff.

The south side of the property is bordered by Meryle's Branch, house-sized boulders, and giant hemlock trees. In the photo at the right, I am sitting on a boulder known as Square Rock. Notice the hemlock tree growing on the rock.

The north side of the property is bordered by Johnson Mill Creek, plus large hemlocks and other big trees.
