Lot # 56 has a significant amount of acreage, lots of privacy, and several unique features. Approximately two to three acres have been cleared around the home site and the rest of the property is hardwood forest with many big trees. The lot has a gentle slope so it is optimal for a basement home. |

The exceptional attribute of this property is a large rock house on the south side of the property. This structure has a tremendous amount of fun potential for both children and adults. This natural shelter was most likely used by the Cherokee Indians hundreds of years ago, and possibly the Archaic Indians thousands of years ago. |

The home site is several hundred feet north of the rock house (the right side of the photo) . One could easily put a trail from the their back yard to the rock house by winding the trail through the woods. I think a mountain stone barbeque pit inside the rock house would be an enjoyable amenity. |

![]() Acoustic Enjoyment |
A babbling brook flows in front of the rock house and beside one of the hiking/nature trails. This brook continues alongside the nature trail eventually leading to the big waterfall on Johnson Mill Creek. |
