A new clubhouse is currently under construction for the residents in Greenfields. Located in the four acre park overlooking Lake George, the 2,200 sq. ft. clubhouse and its rustic log home look blend perfectly with the mountain environment of Greenfields. Multiple improvements have been added to the existing picnic pavilion, including copper screening to preserve the open air feel of being outdoors, custom built seating, a gabled entraceway and lake-side exit, restrooms, and tons of hand-laid mountain stone. In addition, a fully enclosed lodge is being added to the north side of the pavilion. The lodge has central heating and air, a complete kitchen, a dining area, a mountain stone fireplace capable of burning 48" logs, and a large deck overlooking the lake. This new amenity will make it easy for homeowners in Greenfields to comfortably enjoy the park, the lake, and the solitude of the mountain during every season.
