Dunlap:

The 4 lane highway (Hwy 111) that connects Dunlap to Chattanooga is scheduled to be finished this year.
According to reputable sources, a new motel is going to be built in town.
Another Dollar General Store is under construction on Hwy 28 south of town. Two other businesses are being built adjacent to the Dollar General. One is a vinyl siding store.
A new Huddle House Restaurant is scheduled to be built where Leon's Drive In is located.
Citizens Tri-County Bank is building a branch office north of town in the new industrial park.
An unknown entity is looking for land in and around town and has offered over $700k for land thus far.

Greenfields:

A security office at the front of the property is under construction.
An architect has been hired to design the new club house.
On lot 13, a beautiful 3,200 sq. ft. log home is under construction.
Based on conversations with the lot owners, construction of homes on lots 10 (March), 47, 48, 52, 32, 28, and ~13A should begin within the next 12 months.

Stone Creek Cabins:

It has been 10 months since we opened the Stone Creek Cabin development. Two of the first three cabins have been sold. Three more cabins are under construction, one of which is under contract.

The Cottages of Stone Creek:

Our newest development featuring cabins/cottages from the Southern Living Collection. The underground power and water lines for the lots have been installed. Construction of the first cottage begins in approximately two weeks. It will have two bedrooms and two baths and be directly on Stone Creek.

Bluff View Estates:

Our construction team is also building a beautiful 3,600 sq. ft. (one level) custom home with a three car garage on Lot 2 in Bluff View. Framing began this week. The views from this homes back deck will be absolutely spectacular.

The Woods:

The Woods is our first development and only three lots remain. Our construction team will be starting another custom home within the next 30 days for a lovely lady from Livonia, Michigan.

Wagner Brothers:

We continue to grow, and are fortunate to have a new addition to the team. Tim Coleman, my old college buddy and expert marketing guru, is now a full time managing partner with Wagner Brothers. After 16 years, he and his wife Leigh Ann are moving back home from Atlanta.

JLW Construction, Inc.:

Wagner Brothers will be turning all building projects over to JLW Construction. The company is licensed, bonded, and insured. This company will make building a custom home on Wagner Brothers properties easy, exciting, and enjoyable.
