| Raymond "Buck" Farley and Jimmy
Wagner took great care in designing the communities of Ridge
Crest and Riverview so that the Tennessee land would be
used in an optimal manner and the pristine country setting would
be preserved. These two gracious communities were constructed from
part of an old farm whose boundaries extended from the valley's
central ridge to the center of the Sequatchie River. |

Though they have many of the same protective covenants and amenities
and share the same entranceway, Ridge
Crest Estates and Riverview Estates are two distinct communities.
Their main differences are in the square footages of the homes.
The homes of Ridge Crest must be a minimum of 1,600 square feet
and the homes of Riverview must be a minimum of 2,400 square feet.
With both also having a home owners association and an archi- tectural
review committee, these two communities will promise a wonderful
place to live and raise your family.

To Ridge Crest Estates from Chattanooga, TN: Take
Highway 27 north to Highway 111 north to Dunlap. At Dunlap exit
Highway 111 onto Highway 127 south. Go through Dunlap on Highway
127 for 4.5 miles. Turn right immediately before crossing the Sequatchie
River. Go 0.9 miles and Ridge Crest Estates is on the right. |
