| While both Riverview Estates and Ridge Crest Estates share many of the same protective covenants and amenities, they are, however, two distinct communities.  To Riverview Estates from Chattanooga, TN: Take Highway 27 north to Highway 111 north to Dunlap. Exit Highway 111 onto Highway 127 south. Go through Dunlap on Highway 127 for 4.5 miles. Turn right immediately before crossing the Sequatchie River. Go 0.9 miles and the Ridge Crest entranceway is on the right. Turn into Ridge Crest and go approximately 0.3 miles to Riverview Estates. |
