Jimmy Wagner
Wagner Brothers Land Company
is a family owned and operated business in Dunlap, Tennessee. My brother, Doctor Barry Wagner, and I formed the company to sell acreage from large tracts of mountain land that we had previously purchased in our hometown as an investment. Since that time, we have acquired numerous other properties, and now have a broad range of real estate available for sale. You can choose from a variety of land, such as beautiful mountain creeks, spectacular views, mini-farms, deep woods, big trees, secluded mountain hollows, huge ancient rock formations, and several prime residential communities in the valley.

All of our properties are located in or near our hometown, Dunlap, which is 30 minutes from Chattanooga. We only deal with prime acreage and high quality properties. The properties are excellent investments because of their quality, easy accessibility, and most of all, their locations. Although we frequently work with real estate agents, we sell only our own properties, and currently have over 3,200 acres from which you may choose.

Our office is located on Rankin Avenue in downtown Dunlap 1.5 miles south of the Highway 111 and Highway 127 junction (map). My sister, Diane Wagner runs the office and I oversee property improvements, maintenance, and anything else that needs to be accomplished. In addition, I am available to show the land at almost any time Monday - Saturday.

If you are interested in property in the Dunlap area, there is a good chance we have land that you will like. Whether we have the land that you have been looking to purchase, I cannot say. I do know that we have prime properties that are excellent investments. I also know that when people start looking for land, they know when they have found the "right" piece of property. The "right" property will feel good. Although it is difficult to explain, there is an innate feeling that one experiences when walking and looking at a piece of land and experiencing the land's environment. One should feel better when on that land and in its environment. Although the feel of land is a sense that many people barely notice at first, it becomes more intense and noticeable the longer they search for land. People know when they have found the land of their dreams. It just feels good. One only knows until they are there.

Please call if you have any questions or if you would like for me to show you any of our properties. If you are a realtor, I will be glad to work with you and your agency.Thank you for your time and consideration. I wish for you the best of luck in your search for land.

Sincerely,
James L. Wagner, M.D.
